Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into our shopping cart. When you have made your selection, click on my basket and you will be asked to enter your delivery and payment details on our secure server.

Order Acceptance

All orders sent to Safes Galore are only accepted when you receive confirmation of receipt of your order.

**Note: We strongly advise customers to carefully check dimensions of products being purchased - safes are often large, heavy items which can be expensive to return if a simple measuring mistake has not been calculated before placing your order**

Delivery

When confirmation of your order and payment is received, Safes Galore will notify you by way of telephone when your goods are to be dispatched to you to confirm a suitable delivery time.

Free Deliveries

Free deliveries are based on front door / reception or ground floor drop-off only. No stair work. If you require delivery above ground floor please contact us on 0800 587 6645.

Delivery Times

Normally the delivery times are:

• Products weighing less than 100kg take 5-7 working days
• Products weighing more than 100kg take 7-14 working days.

How do we deliver?

Depending on the type and weight of your product the delivery will be by either standard service or by heavy parcel carrier.

Installation

We advise all our customers that all heavy safes should be installed by a professional locksmith/safe engineer. However, some of the small lightweight safes on our Web Site are suitable for DIY fixing.

If your item is not is stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to select an alternative product or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
